Day 1: Gallipoli Tour (Lunch Included) Welcome to your first day of an incredible 6-day Turkey tour. Early in the morning, we will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel and embark on a scenic drive to Çanakkale for an enriching afternoon tour of Gallipoli. Our journey will take us to significant historical sites:
- ANZAC Cove: The poignant landing site of Australian and New Zealand troops during the 1915 Gallipoli Campaign.
- Lone Pine Cemetery: The solemn resting place of many brave ANZAC soldiers.
- Chunuk Bair: A site of intense conflict between ANZAC and Ottoman forces.
- Other Memorials and Cemeteries: Including the Turkish Memorial, Beach Cemetery, and Ari Burnu Cemetery.
After immersing ourselves in the rich history and paying our respects, we will return you to your hotel in Çanakkale, where you can enjoy free time exploring the city. Overnight stay in Çanakkale.
Day 2: Troy and Pergamon Tour / Transfer to Kuşadası (Breakfast and Lunch Included) After breakfast and check-out, we will pick you up from your hotel for a short drive to the legendary ancient city of Troy. Here, you will explore:
- Ancient City of Troy: Known for its legendary Trojan War, you’ll see the iconic Trojan Horse and the ruins of ancient city walls and the Temple of Athena.
- Ancient City of Pergamon: A key city during the Hellenistic period, our tour includes the Acropolis of Pergamon, featuring the Altar of Zeus, the Temple of Athena, and the Library of Pergamon.
Post-tour, we will drive you to Kuşadası, a vibrant resort town on the Aegean coast. Overnight stay in Kuşadası.
Day 3: Pamukkale Tour (Breakfast and Lunch Included) After breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel for a full
day tour of Pamukkale, a natural wonder and UNESCO World Heritage site. Your tour will include:
- Hierapolis Ancient City: Explore the grand theater, Roman bath, and the extensive Necropolis.
- Pamukkale Terraces: Walk along the dazzling white terraces formed by mineral-rich waters, often referred to as the “Cotton Castle.”
- Cleopatra’s Pool: Enjoy a dip in this natural hot spring pool, rumored to have been a gift from Mark Antony to Cleopatra.
After a day of soaking in the historical and natural beauty, we will take you back to your hotel in Pamukkale. You’ll have free time to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. Overnight stay in Pamukkale.
Day 4: Ephesus Tour / Flight to Cappadocia (Breakfast and Lunch Included) Following breakfast, we will pick you up for a full-day tour of Ephesus, one of the most well-preserved ancient cities. You will visit:
- House of the Virgin Mary: Believed to be the final residence of the Virgin Mary.
- Ancient City of Ephesus: Explore the stunning Library of Celsus, the grand amphitheater, the Temple of Hadrian, and the beautifully preserved Terrace Houses.
- Temple of Artemis: One of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
After your Ephesus tour, we will transfer you to Izmir Airport for your flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival, you’ll be taken to your hotel in Cappadocia. Overnight stay in Cappadocia.
Day 5: Cappadocia North Tour (Breakfast and Lunch Included) This morning, you have the option to take an unforgettable hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia. Post-breakfast, we will begin the full-day North Cappadocia tour, featuring:
- Goreme Panorama: Admire breathtaking views of the Goreme Valley and its iconic fairy chimneys.
- Goreme Open-Air Museum: A UNESCO World Heritage site with an impressive collection of rock-cut churches and monasteries.
